Initiating your journey with us begins with a crucial pre-determination process. This initial step is designed to understand your specific needs and to assess whether our services are the right match for your mental health goals. We believe in a partnership that starts with mutual understanding and agreement, ensuring our approach is tailored just for you. This process involves a free initial consultation, which can be conducted virtually or over the phone, setting the stage for a personalized care path.

Understanding the need for flexibility and accessibility, yOUR Journey, LLC offers telehealth services, allowing you to access care from the comfort of your own space. Telehealth is an excellent option for many, but we recognize it might not fit everyone's needs. During our introduction and pre-determination process, we will assess whether telehealth is suitable for you. This assessment ensures that we maintain the effectiveness and personalization of our care. It's important to note that initial contact through telehealth does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. This relationship begins once we mutually decide to work together and proceed with registration and scheduling.

Our dedication at yOUR Journey, LLC is to individuals ready to invest in their mental health journey. Once we both agree to embark on this path together, you will receive an email link to register on our online portal, where we will schedule your initial 80-minute intake session. This marks the beginning of our partnership towards transformative healing. Our communication is streamlined through our portal, ensuring privacy and ease of interaction.

We focus on individual therapy, catering to a range of age groups from preteens and tweens (10 to 13), adolescents and teenagers (14 to 19), to adults. Our special insight extends to clients of any faith, embracing a broad spectrum of issues including but not limited to ADHD (non-stimulant treatment), anxiety, autism, mood disorders, trauma, psychotic disorders, and more.

* Clinic Hours: Starting July 1st, 2025 office hours will switch from Tuesday/Thursdays to Fridays 10am-7pm and Second Saturdays 8am-Noon.

Fees:

* Initial intake session: 60 to 90 minutes $250-300

* Follow-up visits:

* 30 minutes: $125

* Consultations: $400, including a comprehensive review of past records, a 90-minute virtual intake, two weeks of online engagement for clarification and education, and a concluding 30-minute Recommendations and Q&A session.

Mental wellness coaching sessions: $60-$90

We accept credit/debit cards, Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, and cash.

yOUR Journey, LLC only accepts United Health Care/Optum and Cigna insurances. All other insurances, Dr. Walker is considered an out-of-network provider. While we do not directly, process out-of-network insurance claims, we can provide a superbill for services rendered, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
